in case of emergency...
this is a really clever idea that i think should totally catch on in the united states as well.
add an ICE contact to your mobile.
add a contact named ICE to your list of people on your mobile and make the number for that contact the person you'd want contacted In Case of Emergency. get it? simple. brilliant.
i'm thinking that since it'll be my mom anyways, i can even change my voice command. how cool will it be to say 'ice' and then have my phone call my mom? i think she'll appreciate it.
i also think that you should do your family and friends a favor add the contact to your mobile before you close this page.
next, tell a few people about what you've done.
then, wait for the rest of america to catch on.

i don't know when they will catch on.
in the meantime, i made one contact whose name is ICE Linda and another whose name is EmergencyContact Linda. now my bases are covered, i assume. i mean, come on, america will never catch up.
